16 Ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 Tablespoon olive oil 1 Tablespoons Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon onion powder ½ coarse sea teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper 2 Tablespoons butter 1 shallot, thinly sliced 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet ½ cup chicken broth 2 Tablespoons arrowroot chopped Italian parsley

In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sprinkle chicken with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper; add to skillet. Cook 4 to 5 minutes each side, until golden. Add butter, shallot and garlic. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until shallot is tender. In small bowl, mix sour cream, broth, Kitchen bouquet and arrowroot until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture. Reduce heat to low. Cook about 5 minutes longer, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in center and sauce is thickened. Sprinkle top with parsley Serve immediately 3.2.2708
