Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce.) Raisin Bran
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 5 c. flour
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 quart. butter, mild

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients into large bowl. Add in beaten Large eggs, oil and lowfat milk. Mix well. Store in airtight container and chill. Will keep for 6 weeks. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees 15 to 20 min.
