Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. veal, any form
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 onions
- 1 green pepper (optional), cut up
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 lg. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce - meatless
Directions
- In oil saute/fry onion till lightly brown. Saute/fry green pepper. Sear veal pcs in this till color has changed to light brown. Add in liquid removed can mushrooms. Add in to this a full jar of Ragu sauce with 1/2 jar of water. Simmer slowly for about 1 hour. Serve over a bed of spaghetti or possibly pasta of your choice. Can be made of chicken as well.
