An easy update to boxed cake to make it taste homemade!

  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 4 large Large eggs
  • 1 box Duncan Hines spice cake mix
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. minced nuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Cream oil and sugar, add in water, eggs.
  3. Stir in dry ingredients.
  4. Mix in carrots and nuts.
  5. Pour into a greased 9x13 rectangular pan or 2 9" round pans.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
  7. Top with cream cheese frosting, simply super good!
