Directions

  1. Boil shrimp. Cook rice in salted water. Saute/fry in butter; peppers, onion and celery. Add in mushrooms. Make a cheese sauce of lowfat milk, cheese and cornstarch. Mix shrimp in saute/fry sauce. Add in cheese sauce. Just before serving, add in rice.
