Ingredients
- 8 ounce Small cooked shrimp
- 4 ounce Small pasta shells, freshly cooked
- 1/2 c. Minced seeded peeled cucumber
- 1/2 c. Minced seeded tomato
- 1/4 c. Minced black olives
- 1/4 c. Minced red onion
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh dill or possibly 1 Tbsp. dry dillweed
- 2/3 c. Regular or possibly reduced-calories mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
Directions
- Combine shrimp, pasta, cucumber, tomato, olives, onion and dill in medium bowl. Whisk mayonnaise and vinegar to blend in small bowl. Add in dressing to salad and toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and chill at least 1 hour an up to 2 hrs.
- Serves 2.
