Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar
- 4 ounce. can minced green chilies
- 1/8 c. minced green olives
- 1/4 c. minced green onion
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 4 1/2 ounce. can tiny shrimp, rinsed & liquid removed
- Round tortilla chips
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for chips. Arrange chips on microwave safe platter. Top each chip with rounded tsp. of shrimp mix. Cook on high 1 to 2 min, till cheese melts, turning after 45 seconds. Repeat with remaining shrimp mix. Makes 40 chips.
