Directions

  1. In a large soup pot, saute/fry celery, green pepper and onion till tender. Add in chicken broth and rice. Cook till rice is done, about 1/2 hour. Add in tomatoes, simmer 5 min, add in diced cooked chicken, okra and shrimp. Simmer till shrimp is pink and cooked. Crab meat can be substituted.
