  1. Blend Large eggs and water; set aside. Heat oil in warm wok or possibly large skillet over medium heat. Add in onions; stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add in egg mix; scramble. Stir in rice. Add in shrimp and soy sauce. Cook till thoroughly heated. Makes 6 servings.
