Ingredients
- 250 gm Cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Onion salt
- 1 c. Canned small shrimp, finely minced
- 2 can Refrigerated crescent dinner rolls, 235 grams each
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Water
Directions
- Combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, lowfat milk and onion salt; mix well. Mix in shrimp. Seperate dough into eight rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. Divide cheese mix between the rectangles; spread to cover. Cut each rectangle crosswise into six triangles; roll as directed on package.
- Place on greased cookie sheet; brush with egg and water mix. Bake at 375F degrees for 12-15 min, till golden. Serve hot.
- Makes 4dozen.
- May be prepared ahead and refrigerated, but brush with egg and water just before baking.
