  • 1/2 c. Uncooked Wild Rice
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1/4 tsp Chicken Flavored Bouillon
  •     Granules
  • 2 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Chablis Or possibly Dry White Wine
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/8 tsp Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Curry Pwdr
  • 1 cl Garlic Chopped
  • 3/4 lb Large Shirmp Peeled &
  •     Deveined
  • 2 Tbsp. Thinly Sliced
  •     Green Onion Tops

Directions

  1. Wash Wild Rice in 3 Changes Of Warm Water. Drain. Combine Rice, 1 C. Water & Boullon Granules in A Small Saucepan. Bring To A Boil. Cover, Reduce Heat & Simmer 40 Minutes. Or possibly Till Rice Is Tender. Drain & Set Aside. Combine Vinegar, Wine, Oil, Sugar, Curry Pwdr in A Small Bowl. Stir Using A Wire Whisk Till Well Blended, Set This Mix Aside. Coat A Medium Nonstick Skillet With Cooking Spray. Place Over Medium Heat Till Warm. Add in Shrimp. Saute/fry 4 Minutes. Stirring Constantly. Add in Vinegar Mix; Cook An Additional Minute.Combine Rice, Shrimp Mix & Green Onions in A Medium Bowl & Toss Well. Spoon Onto A Serving Platter. Sprinkle 2 teaspoon Sliced Toasted Sliced Almonds On Top. Serve Hot. (Fat 5.5, Chol. 129)
