Ingredients

  • 1 can Crabmeat
  • 2 lb Shrimp, peeled
  • 1 can Cream of celery soup
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 stk margarine
  • 2 1/2 c. Cooked rice, hot
  • 1 x Bell pepper, minced
  • 1 x Onion, minced
  • 2 x Ribs celery, minced

Directions

  1. Cook seasonings in margarine till tender; add in shrimp and crabmeat. Cook about 20 min. Add in soups; stir well. Combine with rice. Pour into a greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Top with cheese if you like.
