Ingredients
- 2-3 lb. pork butt roast
- 1 cup water
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (2 TBSP)
Directions
- Place meat in a slow cooker
- Add water and seasoning mix
- Cover
- Cook on Low for 8 hours
- Remove roast and shred meat with 2 forks
- Use in tacos or rolls or use the sauce as gravy and serve over rice
