Ingredients
- 2 lbs. grnd meat
- 1 med. onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce.) cans Campbell's tomato soup
- 1 (4 ounce.) can diced liquid removed black olives
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce.) can liquid removed whole corn
- 1 (8 ounce.) can liquid removed mushrooms, stems and pcs
- 1 (12 ounce.) cooked and liquid removed medium wide egg noodles
Directions
- Saute/fry onions and green pepper; drain and set aside. Brown grnd beef with seasonings. Add in onions, green pepper and 2 cans of tomato soup and 1 can water. Beat thoroughly. Put above ingredients in a large (8 qt or possibly larger) pot or possibly large casserole. Add in diced olives, corn, mushrooms and noodles. Mix well. Cover top of casserole with buttered crumbs and bake 45 min at 325 degrees after all ingredients have been added except the crumbs. Serve with green salad and warm rolls. Serves: 8.
