Ingredients

  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can shoepeg corn, liquid removed
  • 1 can French style green beans, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 pkg. Ritz crackers (1 tube)
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients and put in casserole. Spread crushed Ritz crackers on top and drizzle melted butter over crackers. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min uncovered.
