Ingredients
- 1 lg. can shoe peg corn
- 1 lg. can kitchen cut green beans
- 1 lg. can English peas
- 1 minced green pepper
- 1 minced onion or possibly green onion (sm.)
- 1 sm. jar pimientos
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
Directions
- Drain cans of vegetables. Mix all ingredients and marinate overnight. Will keep for several days in covered container in the refrigerator.
