Ingredients

  • 1 lg. can shoe peg corn
  • 1 lg. can kitchen cut green beans
  • 1 lg. can English peas
  • 1 minced green pepper
  • 1 minced onion or possibly green onion (sm.)
  • 1 sm. jar pimientos
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Drain cans of vegetables. Mix all ingredients and marinate overnight. Will keep for several days in covered container in the refrigerator.
