Ingredients

  • 5 to 7 lbs. of lamb, boned or possibly steak
  • 6 green peppers
  • 48 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 lg. onions
  • 48 medium fresh mushrooms

Directions

  1. Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Prepare marinade. Marinate meat for at least 2 hrs or possibly overnight, turning a few times. Cut vegetables into cubes. Alternate vegetables and meat on skewers. Grill till meat has reached desired doneness. Serve over rice.
