Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 c. nuts, minced
- 5 med. bananas, mashed
- 1/2 c. butter, very soft
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- About 2 c. finely grated, unpeeled zucchini
- 3 1/2 c. blackberries or possibly raspberries
Directions
- Add in all ingredients together except berries. Beat with electric beater till smooth and lump-free. Add in berries and mix in. Bake in a greased, very large pan or possibly 3 layer pans. Bake 45 min or possibly less at 350 degrees. Top should be soft.
