Ingredients

  • Water
  • 1 can (6 ounce.) frzn concentrated orange juice
  • 1 can (6 ounce.) frzn concentrated pineapple juice
  • (If frzn pineapple juice is unavailable, canned juice can be used but amount added to punch would differ)
  • 1 pt cranberry cocktail chilled
  • Red food coloring may be added if you like
  • 1 pt lemon sherbet
  • 2 bot (7 ounce. each) ginger ale, chilled

Directions

  1. Add in water to orange and pineapple concentrate in punch bowl according to directions on cans. Add in cocktail and coloring. Add in small scoops of sherbet.
  2. Add in ginger ale and serve.
  3. Makes approximately 40 servings.
