Directions

  1. 1. Spread jalapeno bean dip in oblong dish.
  2. 2. Mash peeled avocados. Mix with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread on top of jalapeno beans.
  3. 3. Mix lowfat sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning. Spread or possibly layer on top of avocado mix.
  4. 4. Chop green onions, olives and tomatoes. Sprinkle in separate layers.
  5. 5. Shred cheese and put on top.
  6. 6. Use Tostitos for dipping.
  7. Serves 8-10.
