  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place butter in medium size bread pan till melted. Layer crumbs proportionately over butter, then coconut, next chocolate chips, then butterscotch bits. Pour lowfat milk over all this and top with the c. of pecans. Bake till pecans are light brown and bits are melted. Cold, then place in refrigerator 2 hrs. Remove and slice into squares with a sharp knife.
