Ingredients
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) melted butter
- 3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 c. butterscotch chips
- 1 (14 ounce.) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 2 c. flaked coconut
- 1 c. minced pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in bowl with fork. Press over bottom of 10"x15" baking pan to create a crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over crust. Drizzle sweetened condensed lowfat milk over chips. Sprinkle coconut and pecans over top. Bake 15 to 20 min or possibly till light brown. Cold. cut into bars. Makes 5 dozen.
