Ingredients
- 8 slc Boiled ham
- 4 slc Prosciutto cheese
- 8 slc Gruyere cheese
- 5 tsp Corn oil
- 5 x Large eggs
- Â Â x -Grnd pepper to taste
- Â Â x -Dash cayenne pepper
- 1Â 1/2 c. Sesame seeds
- 2 c. Bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parsley, Italian
- 1 c. Flour, unbleached
- 3/4 c. Butter, melted
Directions
- Lay out 7"x5" slices of ham. Cover each with a slice of prosciutto and a slice of Gruyere, and top with a second slice of boiled ham. Cut each into 6 squares.
- Beat the oil, Large eggs, pepper to taste, and the cayenne together in a shallow bowl. In another bowl toss sesame seeds, bread crumbs and minced parsley together.
- Preheat over to 400 F.Dip each square first into flour, next into the egg mix, last into sesame seed mix.
- Put squares on a buttered baking sheet and drizzle melted butter on top.
- Bake for 10 to 13 min, till sandwiches are golden brown and cheese is melted. Drain on a paper towel for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
