Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 skinned, boned chicken breasts
- Vegetable cooking spray
- Thin green onion strips
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well and set aside.
- Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy duty plastic wrap to flatten to 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet or possibly rolling pin.
- Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Place on grill over medium-warm coals.
- Place chicken on rack and cook 4 min on each side, basting frequently with soy sauce mix. Transfer to serving platter and garnish with green onion.
