Ingredients
- 8 ounce. soba noodles, or possibly other pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. tahini
- 3 tbsp. tamari
- 2 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. brown rice or possibly apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. prepared bancha, kukicha or possibly plain tea
- 1 teaspoon chili oil or possibly about 10 shakes Tabasco (to taste)
- Scallions
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except tea and chili oil (or possibly Tabasco). Add in tea slowly, mixing. Add in chili oil or possibly Tabasco, tasting for hotness.
- Cook pasta and drain. Combine pasta and sauce. Garnish with scallions. Enjoy warm or possibly cool.
