Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream (or possibly lowfat yogurt)
- 1/3 c. toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger and curry pwdr. Stir in mayonnaise and lowfat sour cream. Stir in toasted sesame seeds. Cover and chill. Makes 2 c..
- Note: To toast sesame seeds, bake in a pie pan at 350 degrees stirring often, till light golden brown color (about 10 min). Cold.
