Almonds powder 30gr

Crispy leeks 15gr

Olive oil 100gr

Directions
- Place the olive oil, the onions. Sauté for few minutes add the chicken, salt and pepper.
- Add the fresh cream the almond powder and complete the cooking
- Serve with mashed fennel and crispy leeks.
