Ingredients
- Â Â Fish, can be salmon,
- Â Â Swordfish, shark or possibly
- Â Â Kabobs made of shrimp
- Â Â Or possibly scallops or possibly
- Â Â Mix with above
- Â Â Juice 3 lemons
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. Fresh snipped dill
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Â Â Fresh grnd pepper (to Taste)
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- Â Â (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well. Marinade fish 2 hrs in refrigerator. Place fish on warm grill 8 to 14 min per side depending on thickness. Baste with marinade.
