Ingredients
- 1 box lasagne
- 1 pound Ricotta cheese
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cans cream of shrimp soup
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 pound imitation crab legs
- 12 ounce. block Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Cook noodles and drain. Blend Ricotta cheese, softened cream cheese and egg. Combine soup, lowfat milk and crab meat.
- Layer in lasagna pan; noodles, cheese mix, soup mix, Cheddar cheese; repeat layers ending with Cheddar cheese. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 min.
