Ingredients

  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can tomato soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can chicken gumbo soup
  • 3 c. water
  • 1/3 c. onion, minced
  • 1 c. potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 c. celery, minced
  • 1 tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 (4 1/2 ounce.) can shrimp
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can chopped clams

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a large heavy pot except shrimp and clams. Simmer about 45 min to 1 hour. Add in shrimp and chopped clams the last 10 min. Serves 6-8.
