Ingredients
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can tomato soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can chicken gumbo soup
- 3 c. water
- 1/3 c. onion, minced
- 1 c. potatoes, diced
- 1/2 c. celery, minced
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce.) can shrimp
- 1 (8 ounce.) can chopped clams
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a large heavy pot except shrimp and clams. Simmer about 45 min to 1 hour. Add in shrimp and chopped clams the last 10 min. Serves 6-8.
