Ingredients

  • 2 med. white onions, coarsely minced
  • 1 (7 ounce.) can diced green chilies
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 pound crabmeat
  • 1 pound tiny shrimp
  • 1 c. walnut halves, toasted
  • 1 (12 ounce.) can medium pitted ripe olives, liquid removed and halved
  • 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Vegetable oil
  • 16 corn tortillas
  • 2 c. half and half
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

  1. Cooked, shredded chicken can be substituted for seafood.
