- 2 1/2 c. potatoes, diced and cooked
- 1 can Carnation lowfat milk
- 4 ounce. can shrimp
- 10 ounce. can clams
- Sufficient lowfat milk to fill pot
Directions
- After warm add in: 4 cheese slices (or possibly 1/2 sm. jar cheese spread) 1/2 teaspoon thyme 1/4 teaspoon chives 1/4 teaspoon parsley 1 onion, diced
- Cook on low heat as long as possible.
