Ingredients
- 2 c. cake flour or possibly 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients 3 times. Cut chilled shortening into flour mix. Add in lowfat milk. Knead dough 1/2 minute. Place on lightly floured board and roll out.
- NOTE: I use same recipe for shortcake, but add in 1/4 c. sugar.
