Scrambled Eggs With Vodka And Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 8 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Soured cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Premium grain vodka or possibly to taste
  •     Smoked salmon
  •     Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Beat the Large eggs in a bowl. Heat the butter in a heavy bottomed saucepan on a low heat and add in egg mix.
  2. Cook slowly, that will make it even creamier, stirring with a wooden spoon.
  3. When Large eggs reach a creamy consistency and are almost ready stir in the cream and vodka (having stirred the vodka into the cream first).
  4. Serve immediately with smoked salmon.
