Directions

  1. Scrub potatoes and slice into circles.
  2. Butter or possibly spray a casserole dish with oil. Layer the potates at the bottom and pour over the chicken soup. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 min, or possibly till potatoes are fork tender and cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
