Directions

  1. Mix the melted butter and bread crumbs together and put a thin layer in the bottom of a buttered baking dish. Cover with oysters and seasoning, add in some cream. Add in a layer of scallops, seasoning and a layer of crumbs. Add in another layer of oysters and balance of cream. Top with the balance of the scallops and buttered crumbs and bake in warm 400 degree oven for 30 min.
