  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 c. ham, cubed
  • 6 hash brown patties, thawed & crumbled

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soup, mustard, lowfat sour cream, onion and pepper. Mix in ham and potatoes. Pour into a greased, 2-qt casserole or possibly pan. Bake for 45 to 50 min. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
