Ingredients
- 1/2 pound scallops
- 1/2 pound raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 3 T lemon juice
- 1 T orange juice
- 2 lg. garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon basil, dry & chopped
- 1/8 onion pwdr
- 1/2 pound mushrooms
- 1/2 pound cherry tomatoes
Directions
- Pat scallops and shrimp dry. Put together all ingredients but scallops, shrimp, mushrooms and tomatoes. After mixing, add in shellfish and marinate 30 min, stirring occasionally. Alternate scallops, shrimp, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes on skewers. Brush with marinade.
