Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 3 1/2 lb Pot Roast
  • 1 can Mushroom Soup
  • 1 pkt Dry onion soup mix
  • 1 c. Water
  • 6 x Potatoes quartered
  • 6 x Carrots in 2 " pcs
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour

Directions

  1. In roaster, in warm oil brown roast on all sides. Spoon off fat. Stir in mushroom soup, onion soup mix and water. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer till meat is tender. Add in vegetables, cover and cook 40 minutes. or possibly till meat and vegetables are tender. Remove meat & vegetables to platter Mix flour with 1/4 c. water and gradually stir into liquid in pan. Cook till thickened. Serve with meat & vegetables.
