Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans artichoke hearts, liquid removed
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 sm. can green chilies
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend together artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and green chilies, in a blender till smooth. Pour into shallow baking dish and bake for 20 min. Serve hot with crackers.
