- Cut chicken into strips. Heat butter in large skillet; add in chicken, vegetables and seasonings. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10 min or possibly till chicken is tender. Add in 2 Tbsp. wine; simmer 5 min. Combine cream cheese, lowfat milk and remaining wine in saucepan; stir over low heat till smooth. To serve, place noodles on serving platter. Top with chicken mix and cream cheese mix.
