This is an easy and tasty preparation for any slightly bitter green. Be careful with the salt. It can easily get too salty!
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 bunches broccoli rabe, collard greens or kale, stemmed and chopped
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- Seasoning salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and saute 30 seconds till translucent.
- Increase to Med-high and add the greens. Toss with tongs until wilted (3-4 min for Rabe or Collards, 5-6 minutes for Kale). Add vinegar, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust. Serve immediately.
