Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. long grain & wild rice mix
  • 1 pound bulk sausage
  • 1/2 can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed (optional)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Cook rice as directed. (Use a little less water.) Cook sausage - drain off juice - stir with fork so it will not be lumpy. Combine sausage, wild rice, mushrooms, and soup. Put onion rings on top. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Put onion rings on top the last 10 min of baking.
