Ingredients

  • 6 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 6 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 c. Sharp cheese, shredded
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 pound pork sausage (fry & scramble)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Mix with sausage. Chill overnight or possibly for 12 hrs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour. Use a 13 x 9 inch pan (glass or possibly lasagne pan; don't use metal.) I usually double this recipe. Add in salsa over Large eggs.
