Sausage Dressing Recipe

• 2 c. dry bread cubes
• 1 c. cracker crumbs
• 1 tsp. Bell's Seasoning
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. each onion and garlic pwdr
• 1/2 tsp. paprika
• 1/2 tsp. black pepper
• 1 c. minced celery
• 1 large onion, minced
• 1 1/2 c. chicken or possibly turkey broth
• sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
• 1/2 lb minced giblets (optional)
• 1/4 lb lean salt pork, in 1/8" dice
• 3 Italian sausages
• 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 3 sage leaves, finely chopped
• 1/2 c. fresh parsley, minced
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 stick butter
