Ingredients: 1 (10 to 12 ounce.) pkg. corn bread mix; 1 pound sausage meat; 4 c. celery, minced; 3 c. onion, minced; 1 c. green pepper; 1/4 c. parsley, minced; 1 1/2 teaspoon rubbed savory; 1 1/2 teaspoon dry sage leaves; 1 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme leaves; 1 tbsp. salt; 1/2 teaspoon pepper; 1 can chicken broth; 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten

Ingredients

1 (10 to 12 ounce.) pkg. corn bread mix
1 pound sausage meat
4 c. celery, minced
3 c. onion, minced
1 c. green pepper
1/4 c. parsley, minced
1 1/2 teaspoon rubbed savory
1 1/2 teaspoon dry sage leaves
1 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme leaves
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 can chicken broth
3 Large eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

Prepare corn bread as directed on package. In a skillet, saute/fry sausage till brown. Add in celery, onion, green pepper, and parsley. Saute/fry 8 to 10 min. Crumble cooled corn bread in to a large bowl. Add in sausage mix, savory, sage, thyme, salt and pepper. Gradually add in chicken broth and Large eggs, tossing lightly with a fork. Makes about 10 c..
