Ingredients
- 3/4 pound pork sausage, links
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/3 c. minced green pepper
- 1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar, grated
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 deep dish pie shell
Directions
- Cook sausage and drain. Reserve 2 Tbsp. of fat to saute/fry onion and pepper. Cook onion and pepper 2-3 min.
- Slice sausage. Combine cheese and flour in large bowl, add in sausage, onion, and pepper. Spread in pie shell. Combine Large eggs, evaporated lowfat milk, parsley, garlic and pepper and pour over sausage mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 min.
