Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound fried sausage (pour off grease)
  • 3 beaten Large eggs
  • 2/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 pound med. sharp cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pie shell

Directions

  1. Cook pie shell about 5 min. Put half of cheese in pie shell. Spoon in sausage. Pour in Large eggs, lowfat milk, seasonings. Add in rest of cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees for 30 min on bottom rack.
