Sausage Cheese Brunch Dish Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 c. "Brownberry Oven" Seasoned Croutons
  • 1 pound bulk sausage (browned and liquid removed) (I use turkey)
  • 4 Large eggs, lightly beaten with 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Note: Sausage and croutons provide seasonings.
  2. In a lightly greased 9x13 pan, layer croutons, sausage and cheese.
  3. Pour the egg/lowfat milk mix over the top and let set overnight.
  4. Next day: Mix cream of mushroom soup with 1 c. lowfat milk and spread over the top.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Let set 5 min. Cut and serve.
