Sausage And Gravy Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lg. pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage (sage, in silver pkg.)
  • Flour to coat, approximately 3/4 to 1 c.
  • Lowfat milk to thicken, approximately 1/2 gallon

Directions

  1. In a Dutch oven, brown sausage. Don't drain. Pour flour over cooked sausage till it is thickly coated. Brown 1-2 min. Slowly add in lowfat milk to make gravy and cook to thicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over any type of hot biscuits.
